This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pacific Geomatics Limited (“PGL”). By accessing and using the PacGeo.com web site, User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated within this Agreement.
